Thank you for choosing our print-on-demand products. As a policy, we regret to inform you that we cannot exchange any orders. To help you make an informed decision on colour and design, we suggest reviewing our Test Swatches which can be ordered online in our online store.

Additionally, since all our products are print-on-demand, we advise carefully measuring and calculating the coverage required for the specific design you wish to use. Please triple-check your measurements to determine the size most suitable for your project before purchase.

Finally, please communicate with us before returning any items. Failure to do so may result in us declining your return request. If your order needs to be returned for physical review, we will work directly with you to resolve the issue.

A tracking number with an estimated delivery date will be provided via email after your purchase.
